On the Free plan, new translations pause until the next month. On paid plans, extra words are billed at €0.50 per 1,000 words on Starter, €0.40 per 1,000 words on Growth, and €0.25 per 1,000 words on Business. Overage is capped at your plan's price each billing period by default, and you can raise, lower or remove that cap. Your live translated pages are never affected.

Yes. Free covers 1 Site in 1 language with 2K words a month, after a one-time welcome grant of 4K words. A site that rarely changes can stay on Free for as long as that is enough. The paid plans are for a site whose content keeps changing, or that needs more languages, more words or more than one Site.

AI credits pay for work Relay, your AI localization agent, does for you, and for AI reviews of translations. Every plan includes some, Free too (200). On paid plans, extra credits are €0.005 each and count toward the same overage cap as words.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrading never removes a Site or a language: anything over the lower plan's limits keeps serving. You can also switch between monthly and annual billing — annual saves about 17%.

We offer a full refund within 30 days of your first payment, as our Terms of Service set out. After that, you can cancel anytime and your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.

We count the source words we machine-translate for you, once per language. Content that is already translated and unchanged costs nothing, and your own edits and glossary overrides never use words.

Free includes 1 Site and 1 language per Site with 2K words a month. Starter includes 3 Sites and 3 languages per Site with 50K words a month. Growth includes 5 Sites and 10 languages per Site with 500K words a month. Business includes unlimited Sites and unlimited languages with 2M words a month.

On WordPress, the LangRelay plugin serves your translated pages from your own site. On any other site, a small script tag serves your approved translations and adds a language switcher.
